Embodied Soul Work

Embodied Soul-work is a process of becoming one’s essential self. It is filled with paradox and contradictions. Speaking through dreams, images, illness, grief, longings and symptoms, the soul is calling for a more complete experience of being who we are.

I support and teach individuals the principles of the soul which operates from its own unique & divine laws. These laws can only be accessed in the body where the soul is. By slowing down, coming into silence and breath, turning inward to root down in the body, we can discover and master the vast landscapes of our inner world.

Embodied soul work is for those courageous and open-hearted individuals who are ready to dive deeper into their healing work.

It is not typical talk therapy, it is entering the somatic experience - the body feeling, and the body movement. It is a process that assists you in listening to hear what your soul is calling you to work with in your life. By slowing down, dropping into breath, and turning your awareness inward, you’re able to access your heart and connect to the wisdom of your body leading to a discovery of your soul, your path, your true Self.

Our wounds are doorways, gateways. They have a past, a cause, but also a future, a flowering. Within the wound is medicine, which also means you are a medicine carrier-a healer. Soul work is the alchemy of the wound.

Our time together will offer avenues into a greater intimacy with your life and world, with the terrain indigenous to the Soul.

Weaving spirituality, mindfulness, therapeutic techniques, body awareness, ritual and breath, I accompany you as you discover the path and meet the well of medicine that lives within you.  Once discovered and integrated, you are awakened to your unique gifts and invited to bring them into the world.
